Terms of Services

By commissioning Flameo, you accepted and read these terms of services.

Payment

Payment upon completion via Revolut

At the start of the commission, you can send 50% of the the total price (will send you the link to the payment)
Once your commission is completed, I will send you a low resolution file of the commission and the payment link to pay the full price. Once the payment is completed, you shall then receive the full resolution artwork.Keep in mind that the commission is non-refundable IF the commission has been completed/passed the sketch process.

>What should be included in the request: A picture of the character/description if you have no drawings of them available. A picture/description of a preferable pose. Picture/description of preferred outfit if character has multiple outfits.>Keep description of your characters design/story as short and informative as possible.

Additional Info

>Remeber English isn't my first languge so I may sometimes ask for things to be described a little different or try to get confirmation on certain descriptions!>I got the right to reject any commisions that are uncomfortable to do.>If the client is being disrespectful/ abusive, I can decline the commission and block them without explanation.>The commission can take from 1 week, to 1 month, depending how long the queue is, and I prefer quality over quantity. Also I like to not be rushed while I work, it just helps with doing higher quality work.>You can post/use the commission as you please, but I would like to get credited!
Also if it's a commercial commission (want to make money out of), I will charge 50% extra.>I may use the commission for the online portfolio in the future, unless stated otherwise.
